What you get

For a once-off fee of R59.99 [incl. VAT], we read the CV you upload, search current job listings in the area you choose, and give you up to 5 listings ranked by how well they match your CV, each with a match score, an explanation, points to check, CV suggestions and a link to apply. You see the results online and receive them by email as a PDF.

We search listings published by third parties (job boards and employers). We don't control them, can't guarantee they are accurate or still open, and are not a recruitment agency. Match scores are an automated estimate, not a promise of an interview or job. If fewer than 5 suitable listings exist in your area, you'll get fewer.

Your CV

Upload only your own CV. Don't include information you're not comfortable sharing, such as your ID number. See our privacy notice for how we handle it.

Payment and refunds

Payment is taken by PayFast before your search runs. If your file can't be used, you can upload another one at no extra cost. If we can't deliver your report, we'll finish it or refund you in full within 2 working days. Because the service is delivered immediately and in full, you can't cancel it for a refund once your report has been delivered (Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, section 42).

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the search concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
